We were so excited to be on our way to the Wildlife Refuge Center.

The children got all buckled in and were ready for the ride!

We arrived and were divided into two groups.

The children listened as our guide explained to us about the many animals that they had for us to see.

Wow! Fish!

I wonder how they got these fish in here!

There were very large fish in the aquarium that were all native to our area. The children enjoyed learning about the different types of fish and loved knowing that they live in the lakes in our area.

Say Cheese! Posing for a picture with a snake!

Where is everybody!

Wow! It's an alligator!

SMILE!!

We love the aquarium the best!

Outside of the park there are more exhibits!

There were many deer that the chldren could view up close.

There were turkeys that were strutting around and putting on a show!

Ms. Allen's class poses for a picture.

Hey! Let me out of here!

After the Wildlife park we had worked up quite an appitite. We headed off to a park to eat!

The children had a wonderful time playing at the park as well.

Around and around we go!

I am goning to run you over!

A snake followed us from it's cage all the way to the park.

Hanging out!

We had a wonderful time learning about all the animals. We learned how animals live and survive within our world. We all have a new respect for nature and the world around us. I hope that all of the children who attended this trip will want to help to preserve the world that we live in!
