When we first arrived at the apple orchard we recieved our instructions on what to do. The children were so excited! They could see the apple orchard in the distance! The children got into groups to go for their tour. |

The children were able to see the process of the apples getting sorted for apple cider, sale, and the reject bin! The children were able to participate in this process and pick themselves out a wonderful juicy apple to eat. |

The children were able to learn about the history of Lacey's apple orchard. We looked at all of the apple trees young and old and talked about the differences between them. The children enjoyed the walk through the orchard. |

The children soaked in the wonderful view as the owner of Lacey's Orchard spoke with them about the growth process of an apple. |
